In line with the open access policy of the journal, published manuscripts are accessible online at no cost to users who agree to the creative commons copyright policies.  Free downloads can be made from the website. To support the open access policy of the journal, authors are required to pay an article processing fee which has been subsidized to ₦50,000 (Nigeria) or $200 (outside Nigeria).
