Only electronic submission through the submission gateway, accessible at the journal’s website: https://www.ajrmhs.org is acceptable. Register (if a first-time user) or login to make a submission. 

An e-mail address (of the corresponding author) must be provided to aid rapid processing of manuscripts.

The manuscript should be submitted in two separate files as follows:

1. TITLE PAGE: This should state the following:

• Title (A running title not exceeding 40 characters and spaces, without any abbreviations),

• Names of all authors, without titles or degrees (Surname, First name, Middle name).

• Institutions/ Affiliations of all authors - Insert a lower-case superscript number just after the author's name and in front of the appropriate institution/affiliation. Same number should be used for authors that have same institution/affiliation.

• The name, email address and telephone number of the corresponding author 

• When adding this file, for the kind of file, choose “OTHER”.

2. ARTICLE TEXT FILE:

The main text of the article, beginning from abstract till references (including tables/figures) should be in this file.

EXCLUDE THE AUTHORS' NAMES, INITIALS, OR THEIR AFFILIATIONS. ALSO EXCLUDE ALL DETAILS OF THE CORRESPONDING AUTHOR.

Page headers/running titles can include the title but not the authors' names.

When uploading this file, for the kind of file, choose “ARTICLE TEXT”

Manuscripts not in compliance with the Journal's blinding policy will be returned.

Authors are required to ensure their submission's compliance with the author guidelines and the following conditions, as submissions which do not adhere to these guidelines would not be considered.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

• The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.

• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author guidelines.
